goldkiwi ROCKS! :) Thanks for my give-away items... Mine will go out this week, I SWEAR!
Now, onto crafty things!
While getting my nails done the other day, I mentioned going to my local bead store as I was out of some things that I needed.
She looked at me, almost shocked. "You make jewelry?! Why don't you display some of your things here to sell?"
Excuse me while I gape and collect my jaw from the floor!
I make each item for a specific person. It is a labor of love and a piece of me goes with every thing that I make. I feel that I create little works of art and I enjoy finding homes for them.
So, after all that build up, I am beading my crafty little BUTT off so that I have a bevy of things to give her in 2 weeks.

My first convertible necklace.... (My camera bites, so the colors aren't right.) The pin has green and yellow/green crystals and is SO shiny!

This picture does the colors more justice... the chips are a spring grassy green. I used Balis for the spacers and in between are the baby yellow crystals. You can see the jump rings that I used to put the pin on.
So, what do you think?
