Skirt Bag Tutorial

craftgrrlOkay, I was asked a little while ago to do a tutorial on the skirt bag.
I finally got around to it this morning. I've never done one of these before so hopefully it makes sense and is usable. Please forgive the crude drawings. Comments and questions are welcome.
Tip: I recommend using a skirt made from a heavier material such as corduroy or jean so that you don't need interfacing and using a light weight and soft material as your lining like thin fleece or a satin.
Don't forget to post your bags if/when you make one, I'd LOVE to see them!
