I don't know if you've heard (you probably have) about what's going on here in Israel

with the Hizbolla attacking from Lebanon and Israel attacking back and the kidnapped soldiers and the missiles falling 200 meters from my home yesterday evening...
I'm not sure what this post is about, really, I just feel I need a place to vent out (and it does have something to do with crafting)
yesterday evening I sat at home watching the news on TV for hours and hours ( gives a feeling of control, I gues) and I just couldn't bring myself to sit still. I had the weirdest urge to get my crafty-stuff out..... so here I am, sitting in front of the TV, making jewelery and I *couldn't stop*! I felt like if I stopped being "productive" I'd just break down...

do you find that it happens to you sometimes, that when you're tense you feel like the only thing holding you in one piece?
