I wasn't sure if I should lay it vertically or horizontally once it was done. Popular vote was to lay it vertically, and I agreed.

I couldn't get the picture to be sharper for some reason, but here it is all finished! Oddly enough after all that worry, the blanket measures out to be approximately 72" x 72". How I managed that is beyond me, but I did.
I'm really pleased with how it turned out, and I'm more than relieved that it's finished. Now I can start working on another blanket and hopefully finish up a baby blanket I've been working on as well.
This blanket is being donated to my youngest son's school for a fundraiser. Apparently it's going in the auction they hold after they have their fall carnival.
