Wreath Ideas?

Any ideas how to inexpensively (or for free) make a wreath that I can use for years to come? They are so darn expensive and there's got to be a way. The one I made about twelve years ago finally bit the dust year before last, and I haven't made a new one yet. I definitely want to have greens in it.

PS - I did check the Memories and didn't see anything on traditional Christmas wreaths.  Thanks!
