Cheap Shirts/Hoodies?

craftgrrlAnyone know of a chain store (Wal-Mart, Target, K-Mart, etc.) that sells blank hoodies/zip up hoodies or t-shirts?
I want to start stenciling and silk screening again but I don't want to order my stuff from American Apparel. I want to actually go to a store and pick it out.
I'm from New York, btw - but if it's a chain store, all states carry the same inventory for the most part.
