brown clay
glazes: gold shino, temoku, fat green, and copper red
i wanted the face to have more realistic dept but i got lazy. the green on the eye is suppose to splatter.

brown clay
gold shino glaze
slab construction with pressed stone pattern
my first teapot! once i conquer the wheel i'll make a ton. well more like if i conquer after dealing with the immense frustration it causes

white clay
moonlite glaze
slab construction with pressed lace design
the glazing on this was a complete failure. it was not suppose to drip like it did. i love how it looks but the glazed spilled off the sides and made it scratchy at the bottom and unusable. i plan to try and grind the bottom but we'll see. moonlites the coolest looking glaze so i'll have to try it on other pieces. on dark clay it looks alot like starry night. my friend thinks this one looks like a purple dragon

lily pond
brown clay with green, white, and blue slip
clear glaze
coil construction - first coil pot
i wanted to make something with lilies because of my baby niece Lily. water lilies are my favorite kind of lilies. the blue is suppose to be scraped off to give a washy affect but i failed.
