craftgrrlI just bought a pair of rain boots on sale today. They are Completely black and I am wanting to paint octopuses, muffins or something on them. But my question is what type of paint/ sealer would I have to use to make it stay when it gets wet, I honestly think that acrylic would stay in the rain but the surface of the boots is slick, so I think it might scratch off. So what would you guys suggest? Oil paint?
