Copper Celtic link chain necklace and earrings.

Dimensions: Necklace, 20" long, 1/2" wide.  Earrings, 3" from top of hook, 1/2" wide.

Materials used: Approx. 15 feet of 18-gauge copper wire, 2 feet of 24-gauge copper wire (used to wrap earring hooks), 13 unakite beads, 10 copper jump rings and 1 lobster claw, earring hooks.

Tools used: pliers/wire cutter, round tip pliers, chain nose pliers, cork/thumbtack jig.

I didn't have a jig and didn't feel up to making/paying for one.  Instead, I hammered the heads off of eight thumbtacks, anchored them into a thick cork board, and voila!  A little tricky since the pegs are so short, but it worked out a lot better than I thought it would.

Enjoy!
