Vintage Sewing Machine Resources?
May. 1st, 2007 09:17 amI happened to get really lucky at the Koninginnedag (Queen's Day in The Netherlands) festivities yesterday and found an awesome vintage Husqvarna sewing machine for only 30 euro!

It's in super shape and I'm very pleased. I was trying to do some research to see about what year it was made... There aren't any dates on it, or the users manual. I am guessing late 50s early 60s, but I really am not sure. Here's the question: Anybody know of a good resource for info on vintage machines? I am sure there's got to be something on the internets somewhere! I looked on ebay and found a couple, but there wasn't any more info on them than I already had. If it helps, the model number is CL8.
Also, in my searches I found a link that might be helpful for beginners looking for a new machine... it seems that question gets asked a lot, so hopefully this might be of use to someone!
