I just discovered that tea tree oil takes spray paint off your fingers. I discovered this by putting the oil on my finger and my finger on my face.

I'm spray painting a metal rack for a craft sale, and my friend thinks I should spray a sealant on it so it doesn't rub off on the fabric. I think she's right. Has anyone done this before? What should I use?
