Any ideas or suggestions?

A few years ago, I bought a wonderful duffel bag-style bubblegum pink purse from Target.
It was majorly on sale... About $4.
So, I've used it ever summer since because it's so handy...
Just the right size.
A great amout of perfect sized pockets.

Here are some pics of the damage...

These spots are in latex paint...
I know I've gotten some on my clothes before and haven't been able to get it out...
Do any of yall have any suggestions on what I can do to revamp my beloved purse so these spots won't be so obvious?
I considered painting sayings/phrases/pictures all over the purse...
Maybe with the same latex paint?
I have some left over from painting that barn, and it'd match perfect and all...
Would that work or should I use fabric paint?
