I painted these egg ornaments in a holiday theme early because I'd blown out a dozen and didn't have any idea what I wanted to do with them. I started brainstorming for ideas over two months ago and when I finally decided on my designs, I wanted to test them.
They worked well (most of them) and instead of waiting until christmas when everyone else will be doing their holiday posts, I decided to go ahead and get mine out of the way.
Also, this way I won't forget. Ha.

Unless there's a "back side", the design is the same on both.

(one of my favorites when it's not a blurry photo)

this one was painted bronze with model car paint. Not a great idea. It took forever and only looks okay. Whatever, it was a cute idea.

Fa la la la la la la la la. Yes. It has ALL of those LA's.

obligatory tree ornament (but I like it)

follow the star.

the red ribbon in this one connects the two wreaths on each side.

again, this looks great in person, not so much in the pic. I love it.

this was supposed to be gingerbread cookies on a pan. They go all over it.

The gift of love (can't be opened, you know?)

this was a rough draft and I was going to make another "real" copy but it took way too long so it's staying this way.
Even as it is, it's one of my faves.
And in my previous ornament post, I used pony beads...
hardcoregirl suggested pony beads made the work look cheap (I agree) so I steered clear of them this time and used pretty stuff. Your opinions please?
