Ink Bleeding!

craftgrrlI've tried every type of glaze, glue and sealant I can find (even clear nail polish), and NOTHING covers an ink jet printer image without making the ink run. I'd be SO grateful if anyone could point me to a substance that glazes but doesn't bleed the colors on printer images. THANKS!
