Eensy Weensy Record Bowls

craftgrrlI know how to make record bowls, yes, but I havn't yet made one out of a 45, one of the little ones. I was looking around the kitchen trying to find something small enough, and I narrowed it down to a few things.
-a glass
-a mug with a narrow bottom
Okay, maybe two things. I'm fairly certain the glasses -arn't- oven safe because, well, they're not make of pyrex. What about mugs though? Just.. ordinary.. narrow bottomed mugs? Are they oven safe? It's only about 200 degrees..
Hm. Well, anyway, thanks to anyone who can tell me. :D
