here is a photo of my finished Susan Sto Helit costume with the Death of Rats perched on my shoulder... he even has a tiny scythe too.




I made the cloak out of layers and layers of black tulle. The death of rats skull I made out of modeling clay, his cloak out of scrap fabric, and his scythe out of a tiny piece of metal and a stick. I made my scythe out of a bamboo pole, some cardboard covered in tin foil, hot glue and duck tape. The dress is one of my prized thrift store finds. Oh the wig was bought at a costume store and I used sharpy marker on it to make the black streak.
