Box Bag Tutorial or Pattern?

I'd love to make one of those little box bags, I've been attempting the one from dragoknitfly's blog, but it's completely not making sense and I've seam ripped to the point of my fabric isn't looking so hot. :(

Can anyone suggest another tutorial or a book/real life pattern?
