Jan. 1st, 2008 08:46 pmSo yesterday, I got a new pair of glasses that I really liked - except the ear pieces. They are wide and have a brand name on them. I'm not such a fan of brand names, so I figured I'd add my own little spin to them:

Materials used: Mod Podge, multicoloured origami paper, glasses, paintbrush
I'm quite pleased with the turn out. :) I love rainbows.
This is just on one side - I'm not sure what to do with the other side. I like the asymmetrical look it has now, but I want to cover the other brand name on the other ear piece. I was thinking maybe cutting some words out of a book or dictionary or something and gluing them on. I think that might look kind of cool, but I don't know...any suggestions?
Also, I thought I'd share with you guys a (NSFW) creation of mine:

I made this for a friend for Christmas. She appreciated it greatly.
Happy New Year, crafters!!
