new jewelry!
Jan. 4th, 2008 03:22 amSHOUT OUT! - the Craftgrrl who posted her handmade 'Magic Bags' -- thank you greatly! That idea helped me when I was in need of a few more presents for family members! (They were such a last minute thing that I didn't get pictures of them made :S )
Anyway, I think I'm finally coming out of the Christmas Haze that has enveloped me and my crafting...so, here are a few new items of mine....

Here's a necklace I made using these GORGEOUS turquoise porcelain beads I recently purchased. I used antique brass for the chain and spacers..

Matching earrings:

The 'Forest For Your Wrist' bracelet I made using a little bit of everything:

Butterflies in the forest pendant necklace (shrinky dink) with a carnelian lotus flower dangle:

Textured bunny 'cut out' pendant (shrink plastic) on gorgeous gunmetal chain with crystal and onyx beads...MY FAV!
Tree silhouettes on shrink plastic. This was a commissioned piece - I've since made more because I love how it turned out:

I don't know if I've posted this one before...it's taken directly from my art and put onto shrink plastic and attached the antique silver chain. Entitled 'Two Trees, Heart Leaves':

Finally, my new style of necklaces -- the Framed Art Reversible necklaces, made from antiqued hardware frames and images:
