I work for a Forest Preserve and we're launching a Green Team Program. As part of the program, I offered to create a box, much like I have at home, for people to put there plastic grocery bags in so that others who want to re-use them for other purposes may do so. I know a lot of us use them to clean up after our pets =) but our recycling program doesn't accept them.

Now, here is my question. To make the box, I simply took a big box that was going to be recycled for the paper towels, sealed all of the sides to make it more sturdy, and cut a large hole in the front of it. Because it's going to be sitting in the lunch room, I wanted to decorate it a little. I covered it with a newspaper collage using rubber cement. Does anyone have any ideas on how to seal this a little better? I think that I will use some packing tape along the edges and around the hole, but I seriously don't think that our Supplies department would let me cover the whole thing in tape =). Not to mention, that would be a huge waste. Do you have any other ideas to make the newspaper stand up to it being pushed around, ect., in the lunch room?
