Printer Issues

I have a pretty cheap printer - since it's mostly for papers - but occasionally, I like to also print out little cards and things, and for the most part  it's fine. But sometimes it does those little lines in the color - the first couple will be ok, but the first couple are usually done so I can get the positioning down right - then it comes to the actual prints, and I get lines.

I was wondering if anyone had tips on how to make this not happen? D:
