Lookie Lookie!
Apr. 1st, 2003 09:31 pmI finally got pictures uploaded and I wanted to show you all! Tell me what you think!
First- a little plant pot I mosaic tiled with a broken coffee mug

This next one was an old trunk, and the top was all cracked and just looked horrible.. My dad nailed in some supports to the underneath of the cover and we puttied in all of the holes and uneven spaces.. and then tile! Viola!

My magnet board!!! I bought sheet metal from Home Depot.. already in that size, covered the edges in glitter, and glued some cork board on it, so I could use both my marble magnets and my marble pushpins! :-)

Finally.. the worst of the lot.. a little purse I made.. This was my first attempt at purse making, and I had a little struggle with the lining working (I kept tearing it apart because one minute I would understand in my head how it woudl work, and the next I had no idea) The Picture came out a little weirdish, but it is cute and I got alot of compliments on it :-)

I alsooooo made my bf some wooden dowel plugs- I havn't given them to him yet so I dont know how they are, but $.26 for countless earrings compared to $16 a set is a great bargain :-)
