craftgrrl After I posted my prototype this morning, I went ahead and started on the dress I am going to give away at the baby shower I'm going to this weekend. (She is due 1 week before me) A couple of you asked for the pattern which is here: http://www.bevscountrycottage.com/angel-wings-pinafore.html and one of you had asked for the Russian join link that was posted yesterday--now on my permanent favorite's list :) and it is here: http://www.knittinganyway.com/freethings/russianjoin.htm
The pattern is actually a pinafore, but with an easy seam up the back and a button, you have a very cute and cool summer dress. Now, I hope she likes it :) Total time: 6 hours. This includes the trim bits and the button sewing--oh and I took 15 minutes choosing a ribbon :)
