Hello craftgrrls (and boys)!

Just a few things to bring to yalls attention.

1) Everyone please welcome, the newest member of our moderation team, exquisitegeek. yAy!

2) Please pay attention to the LJ cut rule. The rule is if you are posting pictures wider than 600 pixels or more than one picture or a large post it *needs* to have a cut. If you don't know how to make one click here.

3) No Selling! Some spamers have been taking advantage of the fact that we just delete the post and don't ban the user. (Since we understand that mistakes do happen) We noticed that we keep having to delete selling spam by the same users over and over so we are now keeping track and banning users when they are abusing this. So far we've only banned 2 users (after posting at least 5 selling spams each). So this is a warning to those who are taking advantage of our policies.

4) Be nice. While we appreciate you all pointing out rules (actually we love yall for this!) please don't be jerks about it. When someone won't do a cut because they don't know how to please point them to the FAQ or the link in our user info. Don't call them names or be generally nasty. We're not going to censor ya'll (after all isn't craft about expression?) but just keep in mind that mistakes do happen and there are new people out and about.
