does anyone know a good glue?

for polymer clay & metal.
I have been trying to use (not sure what they are called) but they are a long piece of wire with a hoop on the top, and just trying to stick them into polymer and baking them doesn't work and they fall out.

Hot glues doesn't work at all, I am trying Gorilla glue right now, not sure how this is going to turn out, but does anyone know a good glue that works well and drys fairly quick.
