A fleece appliqued tie blanket
A birthday gift for my 7 year old niece, who is obviously named Anna. I always wanted to try one of these tie-blankets, but they got so popular I shyed away. I finally caved after I saw this fantastic fleece stripe. I figured I'd make it different than all the others with some appliques.

Fabric patchwork envelopes for envelope budgeting
We do envelope budgeting, and those manilla envelopes weren't cutting it for me, so I made a whole set (13) of them for various categories.

A coffee cozy
My first coffee cozy! Made for my mother-in-law for Mother's Day. We're including it with some local coffee beans, a grinder, some coffee flavored candy, and some homemade biscotti. I can't wait to make one for myself!

Two toddler lounge sets
Birthday gifts for my two-year-old niece. First time ever making kids clothes. I've appliqued onto onesies before, but these pants were the first time I'd ever made an article of kids clothing from scratch.

A puppy plushie
To match one of the lounge sets from above for my niece. This is inspired by a puppy plushie I saw out on the interweb but for the life of me can't remember the designer. If it's you, let me know and I'll give credit where credit is due! This little lady (I call her Gretchen) is only my second plushie ever, and I love her!

A quilted tote bag
I desperately needed a bag and I have a very prominent current obsession with red and teal together. So, I made a quilted bag following this pattern from Dacia Ray (with some of my own modifications).

Two appliqued fleece baby blankets
I originally made these as tests to sell on Etsy, but they didn't sell, and now I don't know what to do with them. Hopefully someone around me has a baby soon, because they ARE awfully cute and warm and cozy.

A mushroom pincushion
I love this guy. It's big enough to hold EVERYTHING. I stick all my safety pins and seam rippers. Unfortunately my puppy got to it and some of it's a little worse for wear, but still, it makes me happy to see it sitting all bright and sunny on my sewing table.

Phew. If you got through that, I owe you a cupcake.
