I know knitting needles are not allowed on planes in the US...but what about crochet hooks?
If they are illegal, what if I filed the tip down so it wasn't quite as pointy? It would be more difficult to crochet, but still, it may make my 6 hour flight to CA a little bit more bearable.
Any other suggestions of crafts to do on a plane? I've been having trouble thinking of any that don't involve scissors, needles, or pins. Although I once smuggled a safety pin on a plane and made a hemp necklace...
Thanks!!!
