Company logo t shirt quilt.
Jun. 27th, 2008 04:09 pmMy bf works for Mary's pizza, and their shirts have the company logo on the front, and the back says eat drink and be mary, lkind of a play on words cause the woman who started this company was well you guessed it named Mary.
I thought it'd be kind of fun to take all his shirts which are getting kind of ratty for work* Ie logo is faded but still visable or bottom had a huge rip or stain in it, and make it a quilt. Hell if they aren't expensive maybe I might give him the money to order me some brand new ones to do it with.
I saw how to do this on Creative juice and it's very easy you cut out the part of the t shirt you want saving the back too, then sew it together then sew it to a piece of fleece, then turn.
Any one else ever made throw quilts out of their companies t shirts?
