Sealer help!

My girl and I made lovely thank you cards to send all of the guests that came to our commitment ceremony (pictures forthcoming!). We used a metallic ink on vellum for the front image, but after three days of drying, the ink is still coming off when touched. Can anyone recommend a fixative or sealer we can put over the image to keep it from coming off?

p.s. actually, we made all the decor, invites, favors, etc. for our ceremony and when the pics come back, I'll post all of our handiwork!
