craftgrrlalright you crafty craftingtons. i need your guidance.
i got this hairbrained idea that i should make my own feather fascinator for my wedding. [which is only two months away! yikes!] and while trapsing about the intranet. i came across this little ditty:
and i just love the little curlies. problem is. i dunno how to do make 'em do that cutesy little thing. so. may i ask how you know how to do it?
it would be OH so helpful!
