LUIGI!!!
Needle and wet felted Chomp with felt teeth. Chain is braided yarn, felted and sewn. Mario is train figure road worker repainted as the jumping plumber. Cheated a little by photoshopping the mustache and the "M" on because I ran out of time last night :P Will paint them properly, plus the yellow buttons tonight.
