Victorian hair weaving?

I am not sure if this is "on topic", but I thought maybe some of you may know about this since it is a craft. I was wondering if anyone knew how to do Victorian style hair weaving or could point me in the right direction. I tried google, but I don't know if I am wording it wrong or what. I get links that are selling old Victorian hair jewelry and more, but not really a how to. I figure instead of clogging my drains with my hair I could try to do something with it. Thanks.
