Hello Grrls!

I have a question really quickly. How do I make pants like this style??

I was in a REALLY big hurry when I drew this and then I just took a picture of it and uploaded it here hahah.

Did I mention I am an art major? *please don't judge hah*

The style of pants are kinda like "genie" pants . They have bunched material along the legs that kinda just hangs below the elastic pant cuffs.  They look really comfy and I just wanted to know if any of you grrls had a tutorial or knew of one. THANKS!!!
