Quick question....

craftgrrlMk so some freinds of mine are moving into their own apartment. And as I'll basically most likely be unofficially living there too, lol, I wanna make them a housewarming present.
So.
What I wanna do is paint on a showercurtain. Its a clear vinyl shower curtain and I wanna paint the joker face from the batman poster. And scribble "Why so serious?" on it.
My question is. What kind of paint should I use? It will be on the outside of the curtain but it will need to be able to adhere to the curtain well and stand up to heat and steam and water from the shower.
