lightswitch covers

there's a lot of work to be done in my apartment and i'm trying to take it one step at a time.
i looked through the FAQs and the memories and i didn't see anything about these two things:
1)does anyone have any ideas for making lightswitch covers?
2)i have lots of vintage wrapping paper and no ideas about what to do with it. maybe decoupage something? i've never done that before but i could learn!
