beading help!

Hello!

I've recently been making some beaded things - I posted some earrings I made on here a week or so ago. The problem I'm now having is with a necklace.









I followed the instructions to make sure the thread did not get twisted as I made it, by holding it and letting it untwist if it needed to every so often as I was threading beads on. It looked great straight away afterwards (apart from a wrong shade bead!) but now it is quite crooked. It looks like the thread (I used nymo) has shrunk and the beads are really squashed on.


I'm wondering if anyone else has had a similar problem, or can offer any insight into what has happened??
