Junk sculpture help!

Hey guys. I have to do a sculpture for sculpture class. Requirements? At least 3 materials (glue doesn't count), has to be at least 8" in one dimension, and has to look appealing from all angles.

What's some good house hold junk that would make good sculpture-y material?

I have a bunch of old cd-r's, some sewing thread, old t-shirts that I can probably cut up, loads of thin wire... I just don't know what to do.... What other materials? Or any ideas?


3D subjects are NOT my thing, but I'm required to take them for my major.
