My sewing machine pooped out on me a few weeks ago and I finally got around to taking it to Joann's for servicing, but the cost of fixing it (it's a fixed rate?) is enough for me to purchase a new sewing machine.

I really need a working machine because:
1. I have absolutely NO patience for handsewing (double the time for the same result!)
2. Don't really have time to handsew
3. Not having a machine just makes me feel naked, I'm not sure why!

So guys, recommend me some sewing machines :)! Preferrably Singer, around $120ish or less?
