craftgrrlI'm making my first hat and so I'm practicing crocheting in rounds. The directions say "Now rep Rnd 5 only until hat measures 7 1/2" from center top." Does that mean 7 ad a half inches across (diameter) or 7 and a half inches from the center to the edge?
