Cozie and recycled tissue box

My boyfriends' grandmother came into town recently and the last time I saw her she wanted me to make her a cozie... since I make a lot of them, So I went to the store and found a bright colorful skein of yarn since she's a very bright person.

I also made a Lincoln box to hold some of my bead stuff in out of an old tissue box... this would be a great idea for those of you who want to make little gifts and need a nice box to put it in...

Top of box was covered with an ad out of a Smithsonian magazine from back in the day...


This is showing the insert that I made.. I used some scraps of manilla folder that we had at work...


Perfect size for my overflow of bead-age!


And this is the bottom, there was also an article on Lincoln in the same magazine, so it just worked out. :D
