A birthday gift and a belly dance costume

I sewed this right up until I had to leave for the party, so I didn't get a good picture. The skirt is two panels, both with a gold fringe at the edge. The front is orange over green, the back is the opposite. The fabric is reversible, I used the gold side on the bra. I covered an old bra. I made a flat piece and gathered it in the middle with that pretty button and a little more fringe. I love the fringe :P
The arm things I made in five minutes, and they didn't hold up very well, I need to remake them.

It was also my friend's birthday on the 30th. He's a HUGE Iron Man fan, and has pretty much everything you can imagine. I didn't know what to get him, so I made him the one thing he doesn't have; himself in an Iron Man costume.

Now, I'm not a sculpter, and I didn't have a lot of time, but it's the thought that counts :P

I didn't like how the joints came together, but I learned a lot.
