Beady bead bead....

A couple pieces started this weekend, finished last night.






The necklace was built from the great glass snake I found from Blue Moon beads. It's a really nice semi translucent orange with a hint of gold through the center.
However after purchasing it I realized it wouldn't stay onto the style necklace I wanted to make, so I made it a little leather bail, and used more leather for end caps in the back to hide the knots and make the end beads sit nicer in the back.
Peridot green glass leaves, clay lined glass beads in various shapes, and misc seed beads in varying shades of green make up the rest.
And of course, I had to have a couple 'apples' which are more clay lined red glass beads with a subtle orange swirl.


And then a blue cluster bracelet.

I don't normally go in for such things, but the set of 4 resin charms with various Hindu Gods and Goddesses just were begging to be turned into a jangly bracelet.
Picked up at the same time as the snake, also from Blue Moon I think, one of thier sub collections.
Pretty simple, glass beads in shades of blue, with a couple green, and purple ones thrown in on some silver chain. I was happy to find a use for these light blue leaves I've had forever. I thought they looked sort of like lotus leaves/ petals.
