Flower box

I just made this box for my aunt for mother's day. It is just a basic wooden box you get at a craft store. I painted it purple a long time ago, for another purpose. I didn't like it too much anymore..so I sanded all the edges and distress-sanded in other spots, and then put antiquing medium on it. Then I just made a little border, put flowers on it, and wrote a favorite quote of mine on the inside. It came out a lot better than I thought it would.
