Is crushed penne fabric safe for a baby's plushie?
I'm thinking of making a teddy bear or similar stuffie out of remaining crushed penne fabric. Is this fabric safe for a two month old? And I have no safety eyes, I have friends I might be able to snag on short notice, but if not I would attempt embroidery.
Ideas?
