I bought a sewing pattern for a mandarin collared shirt. I couldn't find any asian-inspired or sari fabric at my local fabric store, so I just used this cool cotton stuff I had laying around. I'm pleased with it! I didn't use frogs to close it like the pattern called for, either. I used a toggle because I'm too cheap to buy frogs at $3 a piece. :)

I did, however, buy this stretchy velour that looked like cherry blossoms that I thought I'd make another one with.
