Custom corset

I'm curious as to find a corset-maker able to replicate the corset worn by Tara in "Once More With Feeling" from Buffy.
It's a duo birthday/halloween present in the plotting stages.
It would be for a lady size 14-16 and quotes would be nifty.

Finding a pattern and someone to make it has been the easy bit.

Finding the right fabric is giving me a migraine.
From what I can tell it's Indian brocade and I have no idea where to find it or anything that looks close enough to it.

Any ideas/sites???
