Hi everyone! I'm a lurker-turned-poster with something snazzy to show off. I've been working on tons of stuff lately (sewing, crocheting, papercraft, cooking, whatever I can get my hands on) and this one is kinda fun. My friend is throwing a Derelicte Ball, so the dress code is garbage. So this dress is made up of a plastic garbage bag, some electrical tape, a fuzzy bobble headband I found at uni and an 80c flyswat. About an hour of wrapping myself up in plastic and tape, here's the result;


The only things bought new were the tape and the flyswat, coming to a whopping $3. Easily the cheapest ballgown I've ever seen. Trés derelicte. Thanks to my (cardboard samurai hat of win making) dudefriend for taping me up, taking the photo and cutting the dress off when I was done. Hope you all enjoy!
