craftgrrl | Hipster flap purse pattern?

I'm trying to hunt down a pattern for a purse but my efforts have been fruitless.

I don't know who to give credit to for this photo, I randomly found it online quite a while back and saved it in hopes of finding a pattern somewhere (I thought the search would be simple... but no!). I'm not as concerned with the patchwork as I am just the bag in general.

I had a picture of the inside, which of course now I can't find. But it is lined. It's a small simple hipster bag, and google is not helping me track down how to make it.

Have any of you seen a pattern for something like the floating around? Can ya point me in the right direction? Does this kind of bag have a name?
