[identity profile] melibear31.livejournal.com posting in [community profile] craftgrrl
I have been a member for a very long time, lurked for even longer, and posted here only twice before. I have been such a stranger to LJ lately, though, as I mainly just reserve any posts to my tumblr blog, but I thought you might enjoy some of my work anyway.

I have been participating in a personally-challenged "craft month," where I have entreated myself to make a new craft every day (not a difficult task for many of you, I know). I tried this once before, but it was hard to keep up during school because my room is so small. Now I just keep my things strewn about my room and pick up a project when the inspiration strikes me (a very nice, if not impractical, way to live! I will miss it). Anyway, I have been pretty lax about snapping the photographs, but I feel productive about the work I've done. Here's a big post of the wares I've captured so far. If you like what you see, I will remember to post the rest for you great crafters to see once I get the right light to take photographs.

My first button cluster. Since that first one, I have become hopelessly addicted to making them.

Nautical-themed cluster necklace.

Ice cream dream cluster.

Autumn-inspired cluster. Here a pin on my velvet coat.

This picture captures the colors of this cluster best.

I got a lot of pictures of this cluster necklace because it's my favorite. =)

All of my button clusters double as pendants to be strung on chain or pins to wear on the lapels of my favorite jackets and coats or anywhere else I want to stick them.

I've had this vintage seam binding for a while now, and decided to finally do something with it!

I needed a second half to the graduation present I got my best friend. The first half was a document frame and super boring, so I decided to make her this to go along with it. I have never made a stuffed animal before, but she loves pandas!

I had such a hard time snapping this little gal, so forgive all the obnoxious pictures.

Ahoy! necklace.

Funky pearl drop earrings.

Brown sugar earrings. Made to look like those yummy brown crystals.

Green peace ribbon bracelet. A commission. Just like my other ribbon bracelet, it is beaded on top of the ribbon, with the clasp then threaded through the back so it doesn't show and you can tie a pretty bow to "clasp" the bracelet. Other is here.

Skeleton hand barrettes.

I am an awful model, but this is what they look like in hair.

Vintage-inspired fascinator. My first. I am in love with this and so proud!

Haha, being an awful model again. This is what it looks like on. These pictures do absolutely no justice!

Thanks for looking!
