hi ya'll

i was wondering if you guys can help me. my boyfriend recently did this to me over on easter and i want to get him back at it.

i thought what he did was very creative and i want to do something creative and cute as a "hey, thanks." any ideas at all? i already made him this, but it's not as creative and it's something online, he can't really keep it. so please share ideas. nothing is too silly, so don't be shy.. i really need your help. i can't think of anything he hasn't done already. ok thanks again.
